You will pick out the strand(s) you want from our current collection. Our expert jeweler will size the strand to our suggested fit, apply a temporary clasp to test out the sizing, make any necessary adjustments, then, will seal the strand with a quick spark.
Our selection ranges from 14k-24k solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver.
Each chain is tested to ensure they can withstand daily routines. If needed, the strand can be removed using scissors. We do offer one courtesy re-weld. Subsequent re-welds are $10. If a strand is brought in to recycle, a 10% discount is offered on a new strand.
No. Our strands are made from sustainable materials - 14k-24k yellow gold or white gold. They won’t tarnish or dull during daily wear or with water exposure.
Maintenance isn’t required. If needed, we recommend using warm water, a gentle tooth brush, and dish soap to remove any debris or build-up.
TSA: Travelers can wear real jewelry through airport security without any issues or removal needed.
MRIs: you might be required to remove your strand if it’s ferrous metal, like stainless steel. You can test this by seeing if your chain sticks to a magnet.
If you need to remove your pieces for any surgery, let us know and we can re-weld.
